Community Resources and Housing Development Corporation (CRHDC)

Denver, CO

CRHDC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization formed in 1971 as Colorado Rural Housing Development Corporation. The organization changed their name to incorporate their efforts in both urban and rural markets in 2009. CRHDC is a HUD Housing Counseling Agency and a member of NeighborWorks® America.

CRHDC works in tandem with cities, community leaders, rural communities, lenders, public and private sector agencies, philanthropic foundations, and corporations to deliver the best practices and services possible.

CRHDC provides pathways to housing resources and asset-building opportunities. We do this through innovative approaches in providing sustainable and affordable housing, life-skills, and economic development opportunities to benefit low-to-moderate income households throughout Colorado through property development, financing, education, partnership, and technical assistance.
