Community Services Agency of South Texas, Inc. mission is to serve as a catalyst to utilize available resources to improve the quality of life in our communities.
Established in 1965, Community Services Agency of South Texas, Inc. (CSA) has been providing outstanding services to low-income. CSA serves a nine county area with Early Childhood Education (Head Start and Early Head Start) in four counties: Dimmit, Frio, La Salle and Maverick County.
CSA provides services to low-income families through the Community Development and Human Services in the forms of Weatherization Program, Elderly Nutrition Program, Utility Assistance and Early Childhood Education.
