LEAD's mission is to assist Latino entrepreneurs with expert tools for successful business start-up or expansion leading to increased economic opportunities and participation in eastern Idaho's economy.

The Latino Economic and Development Center (LEAD) is a Latino grassroots initiative of Partners for Prosperity (P4P). P4P is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the improvement of eastern Idaho's low-income population and believes strongly in the spirit and promise of entrepreneurship in the Latino community.
