Nogales Community Development Corporation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to building a thriving community one business, one person at a time by providing project management for commercial revitalization, business support for entrepreneurs and asset development for individuals.
Over a decade ago, Nogales Community Development was known as Historic Nogales Main Street, a grassroots organization comprised of downtown merchants and property owners. Our primary goal was to revitalize and introduce diversity to downtown Nogales.
We realized that to achieve our goals, we also needed to create more opportunities for small businesses and enhance the lives of residents living in downtown Nogales. That’s when Nogales Community Development was born.
Today, we’re building thriving communities in Nogales and Santa Cruz County—one business, one person at a time—by providing project management for commercial revitalization, business support for entrepreneurs, asset development for individuals and affordable housing for families and individuals.
