The Federal Technical Assistance program provides technical assistance to cities, counties, states and public housing authorities through HUD’s OneCPD/Community Compass program to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HUD-funded programs. In addition, NALCAB works in the areas of Fair Housing and rural capacity building for nonprofits, public housing authorities and local jurisdictions on economic development and affordable housing development. NALCAB’s experience with the Latino community provides a unique perspective that addresses the needs of communities throughout the country.
